Enlarged the 1/4" holes in ribs 8-10 with an "F" drill (.257"). This should allow the 1/4 plastic wire conduit to move more freely when trying to adjust the ribs for final riveting. Ribs 7 and 11 were left at 1/4". This is a snug enough fit on the 1/4" tubing to keep the of the tubing in place without additional restraints.
Updrilled and assembled LH outboard wing substructure. Next step is to trial fit skin and pilot drill skin holes into ribs and spar.
